But you can take it to the next level with this dialogue add-on. - Disabled radiant lovemaking from occurring during Kindred Judgment. This is to prevent narrative whiplash; like how Serana could comment on your romance when the Archmage just died. The writing for a lot of these conversations has improved, and Kerstyn's voice should now feel more synergistic with how she voices the Serana character now. - Fixed a bug with the "Determination" dialogue quest trigger. I'm sure some of you have noticed the updated SDA file available on bethnet. - Reduced distance of Serana to Player package (used in several NPC banter scenes). - Renamed an SDA test cell for compatibility with the Umbra Creation Club mod. Additionally, you will now be able to convince Serana to have a more positive disposition towards the Companions, should you choose to cure the Circle (except Aela- that darn stubborn furry) of their lycanthropy, when the player is the Harbinger. This feature has also been added to the other quests where you drink with Serana (like the marriage quest and Bannered Mare Date Quest) Now there's more immershun! - Optional patch for the Wintersun mod, so that it recognizes SDA's custom Serana marriage for Mara, Dibella, and Morwha's religious tenets. - Serana can now store items in a dedicated storage inventory without using or equipping them. - (Main Quest) Serana is now properly dismissed as her she talks with the player right before they leave for Skuldafn, - The "Tale of the Tongues" song dialogue was conditioned incorrectly. For this to work, players need to download the SDA Wig Patch (implementation still WIP, SMP wig patches to be uploaded soon) or add their own wig records to the SDA_Wiglist Formlist via a custom patch in xEdit. - Implementation of optional Amorous Adventures patch. - Redone Crimson Blood armor dialogue patch. Too much was cut that some parts of the conversation didn't make any sense. So now you can hear all of her fun lines. In addition (after a short conversation with her about her spell-casting abilities) she will gain access to an expanded repertoire of new spells, like Healing, Oakflesh, and Flame Atronach. (See the article here for all the names). - Serana was addressing the player as a lover with a specific sleeping dialogue topic, when she shouldn't have yet. (These come enabled by default, but should the user not want to hear any lines from the new VA, they should type "Set SDA_AlternateVoice to 0" in the console), - Fuz'ed all dialogue lines from the beta. - Changed it so the negative response in the first romance conversation never truly cancels out romance. Child interactions have been delayed and are currently on the backburner due to the sheer amount of content in this update already. More spell disables (voiced this time) will be added in with the 3.2 update. The dialogue lines in this mod (nearly 5000) are all fully voiced, utilizing new voice-acted lines by Kerstyn Unger. Extensive follower commentary and quest awareness for each of the following quests. Still, YMMV and I won't be responsible for any AI bugs/wonkiness with Serana. She will react positively to alcohol, flowers, and high value items- but negatively to the rest. I am planning to make a voiced add-on to this mod though, Jay's already given me the all-clear. This is to make it less intrusive when it first fires, and to have it be friendlier for VR users. Happens every day or so, she'll choose to give gifts spontaneously (the player will be notified when Serana wants to give a gift). - Backend tweaks for the future implementation of an awesome new feature, allowing Serana's base dialogue animations to change based on her current mood! - One of the radiant greets had a mismatching audio file. - Extensive location commentary on Ivarstead, Riften, Rorkstead, and Riverwood. - Serana now performs what is called a 'Silent TP' when she has quest commentary. Serana and Aela are my two favorite followers in all of Skyrim, so to see a follower given as much of an overhaul as SDA . Now when talking to her with this option, Serana's responses (28, chosen at random dependent on questline progress, surroundings, romance) should feel a lot more organic and authentic. Fixed College of Winterhold and Dark Brotherhood blocking greets so they won't block you out of other dialogue with Serana until all of them have been exhausted. - Added in an option to equip Serana's default outfit again in the Serana Outfit Menu. - Backend script and quest design improvements for Serana Romance 4-9. Added a wig fix script- this should fix problems with Serana's hair wigs glitching out when using the SDA Outfit Feature, if she has a HDT wig equipped. If you really want to, you can technically import Serana still (just make sure she still uses her vanilla follow package and don't use any conflicting features). - Added a small conversation where Serana asks the player a question about companionship. Type "stopquest SDA_SolstheimCommentary" in the console. It's no longer a spontaneous and spur of the moment decision. Some issues prevented it from occurring in a radiant manner. - A new romance mini-quest for players who have chosen to elope with Serana. Serana won't be that close to you after you've just made love once. This should add more padding and depth to what already was a pretty natural and organic romance. It's been improved on the technical level as well so there should be fewer bugs with it. - Revoiced reactions to lockpicking objects. I do this via efficient polling scripts to make sure the spells stay removed and aren't added back by the vanilla Serana leveling script. The progression of this content is almost entirely experienced through dialogue with Serana along the Dawnguard journey. It should now be a blocking branch, so the dialogue would now be harder to miss, - Increased audio of training lines which were too quiet. I mean, why wouldn't Serana, a mage, have more to say about this place? Additionally, Serana Dialogue Add-On will not be compatible with mods that change "DLC1NPCMonitoringPlayerScript and DLC1_NPCMentalModelScript". Serana's Drinking Buddies and radiant love forcegreet timers (to start the features) have been changed from 2 to 5 days. - Serana is now recognized by the vanilla game as a "lover" after she elopes with the player (Relationship Rank 4), - She should no longer greet you while you're in a conversation with another NPC, - Backend changes for the first confession quest, that Serana's dialogue would play out fully and not be interrupted, - More backend improvements to make future development more organized, - Fixed sound static with faulty audio files (Thanks to GuerillaTech for finding the faulty files!
